Description
Spatial representation of groundwater bodies (GWB Groundwater Body) consisting of surface, valley and deep aquifer systems or volumes of water with similar qualitative and quantitative characteristics, relating to the plain territory of the Piedmont Region at scale 1:250.000.The GWB are the reference unit for the classification of environmental status under the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) and the Specific Groundwater Directive (2006/118/EC).
