BDTRE - Bridge/viaduct/overpass (PONTE)
Description
The class describes the work built by man for the connection of mobility from opposite parts of a river, lake, sea, overpass of another entity or overcoming a depressed area by raising the cantilevered infrastructure or by means of supports called pylons.It belongs to the theme "Transport infrastructure works" of the BDTRE (Territorial Reference Data Base of the Bodies) which describes the works functional to infrastructures for both road and rail transport (or "on iron" in general), specifically here are described bridges, viaducts, overpasses, tunnels and "accessory" artifacts that are accompanying these works such as wing walls, bridge shoulders, support pylons, etc.
