PPR — Tav. P5 Landscape connection network
Description
Table P5 “Snapping Connection Network” (in a scale of 1:250,000) represents the main functional elements for the realisation of the Landscape Connection Network, which consists of the integration of elements of the ecological network, the historical-cultural network and the user network. The first is an integrated system of interconnected natural resources and identifies nodes, ecological connections, project areas and environmental regeneration areas as the basic elements; the second is made up of all the systems of valorisation of cultural heritage, (including ecomusei, SACRIMONTI, Savoy residences, etc.); the third is based on a set of historical, cultural and natural destinations of different interest and attractiveness, linked together by itineraries representative of the regional landscape. The integration of the three networks, starting from the elements identified in Table P5, is one of the strategic projects to be developed in sectoral and provincial planning.
