Description
The range includes contexts around major urban areas that are highly fragmented and compromised in semi-natural components and connections. Peri-urban areas related to the provincial capitals mainly include suburban discontinuous tissues, settlement dispersed areas, and scattered and dispersed rural areas at low density. These territories, while under the building pressure of the city, still contain free/agricultural areas on which to relapse a specific design of small ecological connections with the context of the plain
