Register of environmental subjects - Local Operational Units
Description
The dataset contains the information relating to the Local Operational Units (ULO), or the sites in which production activities are carried out for which one or more environmental authorisations are issued.Within the cooperation network of SIRA Piemonte, in which the Region, Provinces and ARPA participate, the ULOs are uniquely identified through the assignment of a shared encoding (SIRA code) and the associated information is managed through the system "Register of subjects subject to environmental authorisations", whose acronym is ANAGAMB.ANAGAMB contains, in addition to the SIRA Code, information relating to: Company name, Address Local Operational Unit, Municipality of location, ISTAT Economic Activities (ATECO), the georeferencing of the ULO.The updating of information is carried out through application cooperation services and the collaboration of the various bodies involved.The assignment of the SIRA Code remains unchanged as the activity carried out at the headquarters does not change even in the face of any changes in the company name, manager, etc. as for environmental purposes the type of impact related to the presence of the activity is not changed.
