BDTRE — Vegetation — GEO-SERVICE WMS
Description
A WMS (Web Map Service) is a service that produces spatially related maps of data from geographical information, and is a technical specification defined by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). This WMS presents the “Vegetation” layer of the Territorial Database of Reference of the Entities (BDTRE), structured according to the national technical specifications (DPCM 10 November 2011), defines classes of entities of plant nature grouped according to the following classification:- agro-forest areas- urban and suburban green system (tree trees, monumental trees....)The contents of this service are divided into the following levels corresponding to the BDTRE classes:- agro-forest areas-forestry-urban green Maps can be viewed through various software (e.g. QGIS)
