BDTRE - Port and coastal defence work (OP_POR)
Description
Entities that constitute forms of control, restraint and access in the exchange of land-water communications are defined in this class. There belong the port works (sea, lake, river) of landing such as piers, docks, and the works of defense of the coasts as brushes, breakwaters etc... are merged into a single class because they identify entities that also exercise multiple functions (dock with function also of breakwater barrier...). It belongs to the theme "Hydraulic works, defense and hydraulic regulation" of the BDTRE (Territorial Data Base of Reference of the Bodies) that describes the hydraulic works that have a function of defense from the waters and the hydraulic regulation artifacts. It defines the barrier works facing a port (sea, lake, river) with the function of protecting the coast.
