Description
Dataset generated from the mosaic of seismic microzonation (MS) studies carried out by municipalities as part of planning activities or the implementation of the national plan for the prevention of seismic risk (Law 77/2009).MS studies carried out in implementation of the national plan for the prevention of seismic risk, prepared in accordance with the national reference standards and accompanied by the analysis of the Emergency Limit Condition (CLE), are distinguished on the basis of the specific funding order, while studies carried out as part of urban planning activities (made mandatory by the regional provisions from 2012), which have a significant heterogeneity of information and updating, are highlighted for information purposes only by associating, where available, the date of adoption/approval of the urban planning instrument to which they refer.
