Hydrogeological Asset Plan (PAI) ex ADB Marche – AGG2016-ss-mm
Description
The GIS/vector files are made available to promote the participation of interested parties in the administrative activity and are additional and not a substitute for the official documents drawn up by the competent body.
The methodologies used are aimed at creating interoperable IT systems, in accordance with the principles of the Digital Administration Code (CAD) and the transposition of the European INSPIRE Directive.
The District Basin Authority cannot be held responsible for the improper use of cartography, such as the overlapping of polygons on cartographic bases other than the CTR Marche (currently available in Gauss/Boaga fuso est - Roma40, epsg:3004) or of detail greater than the scale 1:10.000, the conversion to other reference systems, the arbitrary modification of polygons, etc.
Following the expiry of the safeguard measures and pending the final approval of the 2016 IAP Update, the sub-district sector for the Marche Region of the Central Apennines District Basin Authority (ABDAC) communicated to the local authorities responsible for applying the IAP both the status of the procedure for approving the variant and its operational indications for the transitional period, pending the [final approval.](http://www.regione.marche.it/Region-Useful/Landscape-Territory-Urban/Hydrogeological-Plan/Update1#Safeguarding-Measures)
The map annexed to the adoption of the PAI AGG 2016 (08/08/2016) has been updated following the changes introduced:
- consideration at the Policy Conference of the comments received
- the adoption by the Secretary-General of ABDAC of individual acts amending the IAP in force
The update date of the PAI is indicated in the wms service.
