Description

Landscaping assets are immovable property that has conspicuous features of natural beauty, geological singularity or historical memory, including monumental trees, villas, gardens and parks that are distinguished by their uncommon beauty (villas, gardens and parks not protected under Legislative Decree 42/04, Part Two or ‘cultural goods’). Landscape assets are assets recognised by specific administrative act (Ministerial Decree, Royal Decree, Regional Acts) pursuant to Article 136(1)(a) and (b) of Legislative Decree No 42 of 22 January 2004. Also known as ‘Bellezze individue’ ex-bond 1497/39, Article 1(1), (2).
