Access to the online services of the Lombardy Region and other bodies in the second half of 2015

Description

The Regional Service Card (hereinafter CRS), is a smartcard distributed by the Lombardy Region, compliant with the CNS (National Service Card) standard. The CRS is an electronic card containing a private key that ensures the recognition of the identity of the user. For this type of authentication, Regione Lombardia uses and makes available to EELL the Identity Provider Cittadinia service (hereinafter IdPC). The CRS Access dataset contains the list of all authentication operations carried out through IdPC with CRS or with other National Service Cards issued by the Public Administration. For an exhaustive list of features, see the project site http://www.crs.lombardia.it.This dataset is also available in compressed format for quick download and will be logged when the frequency indicated in the metadata expires, keeping only the compressed format.
