Description
The information level contains the perimeter of the Stelvio National Park and the perimeters of the Regional Parks.The establishment and updating of the boundaries of the Stelvio National Park are governed by Legislative Decree No 14 of 13 November 2016 and Law No 394/1991The establishment of the 24 Regional Parks and their updates are governed by Regional Law No 86/83; ‘Regional plan of protected regional areas. Rules for the establishment and management of reserves, parks and natural monuments and areas of particular natural and environmental importance’ and Regional Law No 16/2007 ‘Consolidated text of regional laws on the establishment of parks’.
