Individual State aid

Description

Individual aid granted by the Lombardy Region in compliance with the publication and information requirements laid down in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 702/2014 and Commission Communication 2014/C 198/02. Any individual aid granted in excess of EUR 500 000, and in the case of beneficiaries active in primary agricultural production in excess of EUR 60 000, must be published on the regional State aid website.
