Description
The map service shows the contents of the Stralcio Plan for the Hydrogeological Area of the Po Basin (P.A.I.) in the current version. The contents of the following works are displayed: — Elaborated 8 ‘Tables for the delimitation of river bands’ (Fascia A, Belt B, Project B band, Belt C, floodable areas on the back of the B-limits of the project for Oglio sopralacuale, Seveso and Cherio); – elaborated 2 ‘Atlas of hydraulic and hydrogeological hazards – Annex 4 Delimitation of the areas in failure’ (delimitation and classification, on the basis of the danger, of the phenomena of instability that characterise the mountain hydrographic network: conoids (Ca, Cp, Cn), torrential floods (Ee, Eb, Em), landslides (Fa, Fq, Fs) and Valanghe (Va, Vm); — Elaborated 2 – Annex 4.1 “perimetering of areas with very high hydrogeological risk”, containing the perimeter and zoning of areas with very high hydrogeological risk in hilly and mountainous environments (zone 1 and zone 2) and on the main and secondary river network in the lowland areas (zone I and zone BPR). In Lombardy, after the approval of the IAP, and on the basis of the provisions laid down at the time by Decree No 7/7365 of 11 December 2001, (later updated and supplemented with subsequent resolutions, up to the current d.g.r. 2616/2011, d.g.r. 6738/2017 and 6714/2022), a phase of implementation of the IAP in the field of urban planning has begun to the local scale which has resulted in a completion, deepening and enrichment of the PAI’s elaboration 2; the same path, as well as the implementation of mitigation/risk reduction interventions, led to the modification of many areas of very high hydrogeological risk in Annex 4.1 to the Elaborate 2. Finally, as regards the river bands, changes at auction level to the river bands concerned the Lambro River, the River Oglio supralacuale, Torrente Seveso, Torrente Cherio and Fiume Secchia and local changes related to the completion of defence interventions (Article 28 N.d.A. of the PAI) concerned limited cases (Torrente Rile in the Municipality of Gallarate, Rile River in the municipality of Dubino, Fiume Serio in comune di Ghisalba, river Adda sublacuale in the municipality of Lodi and Rivolta d’Adda). The bundles represented in the map service do not contain the morphological adjustments made by the municipalities pursuant to Article 27 of the PAI’s N.d.A. when tracing the same bands at the scale of the municipal urban planning instrument with the exception of the Municipality of Sondalo (SO) and the Municipality of Fagnano Olona (VA).
