Land owned by public bodies
Description
The map service allows you to view the land owned by Public Authorities in Lombardy. The information level can therefore be compared with other layers of the Geoportale, thus obtaining information on the percentages of areas of public property present in woods, protected areas, areas bound by various Community, state or regional regulations.In the Service, since March 2022, the layer of land burdened by civic use (L. 1766/1927), ascertained by the competent public body (generally, the Municipality), is also published since March 2022. The figure derives from the mosaicing of the forest settling plans, whose maps from 2021 must contain, among other things, information whether it has been ascertained or not a civic use: the figure refers to the individual “forest parcels”, i.e. the lots into which the forest is divided for management purposes; The data should be considered partial and not probative.
