Purchases of Goods and Services

Description

The information required by Article 1(32) of Law No 190/2012 is indicated, with some additions where possible and/or available. In particular, the following information shall be listed: - Open procedure: award pursuant to Article 55 of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree No 163/2006) - Negotiated procedure: award of contracts within the meaning of Article 57 of the Public Procurement Code - CONSIP and/or ARCA membership: the finance law requires to entrust supplies of goods and services through CONSIP and its regional central offices. The public tender is used only if there are no agreements suitable for the assignment that you want to perform. - Assignments in economy within the meaning of Article 125 of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree No 163/2006) and our Legislative Decree No 2534/2011
