Description
Lombardy Region, by Regional Executive Decision No XII/2950 of 5 August 2024, approved the values of the corrective factors for Lombardy’s watercourses for the purposes of determining the ecological outflow. The Regional Executive Decision and all the approved annexes are available for consultation on the official website of the Lombardy Region, in the Ecological Flow section.The basic information layers that allow consultation and graphic representation of the calculations carried out for each Corrective Factor are, conversely:-;;;;;;;;;;A linear shapefile of the natural water bodies belonging to the regional water network of Lombardy and typed as part of the Po River Management Plan, divided into 735 functional subcontracts (SF); for each sub-contract, the values of the corrective factors applicable are indicated.-;;;;;;;;;;A precise shapefile relating to the ‘other significant sections’ identified by the Regional Water Budget. For convenience, each water body is associated with the average annual flow rate calculated at the basin closure from the Regional Water Budget (DGR 2122/2019), as well as the theoretical value of the DE, always at the basin closure. A similar calculation is present for each significant section in the punctual shapefile.To support this, there are additional layers of information:-;;;;;;;;Strahler ordering, which is necessary for the verification of the Continuity Principle;-;;;;;;;;;;;Habitat Riparian hygrophiles of river relevance within Natura 2000 sites, for the possible application of the Nhabitat corrective factor.
