Description

Article 24 of Legislative Decree No 33 of 2013 provides that public administrations are to publish and make available to the public the results of the periodic monitoring of compliance with procedural time limits, relating both to ex officio proceedings and to proceedings at the request of a party. In this dataset, divided by Directorate, the title, the maximum deadline within which it must be concluded by law, the average actual closing times of the procedure, the percentage of exceeding the deadline, the relative reasons for the causes of exceeding and the details of the replacement power are published. ‘Never’ update frequency = the dataset published at the deadline provided for by the legislation is not subject to change, except for errors and corrections
