Analysis of the Limit Condition for Emergency – CLE – WMS
Description
The Limit Condition for the Emergency of Urban Settlement (CLE) is the condition at which, following the occurrence of a seismic event, the urban settlement itself loses, as a whole, the operation of most of the strategic functions for the emergency, their accessibility and connection with the external territorial context. The map service shows the contents of the Charter of Elements for the analysis of the CLE, which identifies within the urban settlement, the emergency management system, composed of buildings and infrastructures useful to analyse the Limit Condition for Emergency. The elements represented are: — Strategic buildings – Emergency areas – Accessibility and connection infrastructures – Structural aggregates – Structural units A descriptive form is compiled for each element, accessible via the ‘info’ function.
