Seismic crisis May — June 2012 — Map of shaking
Description
The data show the following levels:- PGA: maximum shaking map related to the seismic crisis of May-June 2012 (maximum shaking of the horizontal component of the soil in terms of acceleration, in g%);- Provinces: provincial borders; — Class 1-70 % line: line delimiting the area within which the ratio R, between the maximum shaking of the entire sequence and the spectral acceleration of design for use class I (Chapter 2.4 of the NTC) reached or exceeded 70 %;- Class 2 — Line 70 %: line delimiting the area within which the ratio R, between the maximum shaking of the entire sequence and the spectral acceleration of design for use class II (Chapter 2.4 of the NTC08) reached or exceeded 70 %;Class 3-Line 70 %: line delimiting the area within which the ratio R, between the maximum shaking of the entire sequence and the spectral acceleration of design for class of use III (Chapter 2.4 of the NTC08) reached or exceeded 70 %;- Commons: municipalities referred to in the Order of the Head of Civil Protection No. 2 of 2 June 2012, Decree 1 June 2012 by the Minister of Economy and Finance and Decree-Law No 83 of 22 June 2012 converted into Law No 134 of 7 August 2012;- Area investigated: demarcation area of study;- Class 1 — Value R: value of the ratio between the maximum shaking of the entire sequence and the spectral acceleration of design for use class I (Chapter 2.4 of NTC08)- Class 2 — Value R: value of the ratio between the maximum shaking of the entire sequence and the spectral acceleration of design for use class II (Chapter 2.4 of NTC08)- Class 3 — Value R: value of the ratio between the maximum shaking of the entire sequence and the spectral acceleration of design for class of use III (Chapter 2.4 of the NTC08).
