Truffle Vocations Charter
Description
The charter of truffle vocations allows the identification of the potential of the territories for truffle cultivation and therefore can be a stimulus for the use, by the interested parties, of the agricultural areas so called “marginal” for the purpose of the production of truffles.The paper is therefore not aimed at describing the land where we can find truffles today, but the land potentially suitable for the production of truffles.
