Environmental Bases of the Plains — Soil Exploitation Activities
Description
For each information component of soil exploitation, a grouping of layers with different graphic renderings has been created according to the display scale. The following are the information layers present: 1) quarry 2) landfills3) contaminated sites4) agricultural reclamation5) spread area6) plants.This theme contains information regarding the different activities of use of the soil resource, understood as a source of materials and as a waste receptor, which have often been carried out with criteria that are not respectful of environmental protection and landscape restoration. The information reported on the degradation of the territory allows to highlight situations on which to orient environmental recovery and reclamation interventions.
