Description
The map service reports the perimeters carried out by the Forest Carabinieri following a forest fire event; the map shows the areas covered by fire in the territories, divided by annuality.;Article 3 of Legislative Decree No 120/2021, converted with Law No 155/2021, provides that the departments of the Command Forest, Environmental and agri-food units of the Carabinieri Arma dei Carabinieri provide for the survey and perimeter of the areas covered by fire, and that the data are then made available in the following year through the publication in the appropriate section of the institutional websites of the Region and Municipalities.The legislation establishes, moreover, that;the publication of the annual update of the maps; on the institutional websites of the Region or of the Municipalities; it involves, limited to the new firesides detected, the immediate and provisional application of the measures provided for in Article 10(1) of Law No 353/2000, until the definitive affixing of the perimeters by the municipalities concerned in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 10 of that same article (report of the sussuoli;the fire).
