Certificate of the Territory
Description
The Land Certificate application allows to obtain, on a point defined by the user, a series of information that frames the territory in its aspects related to the atmosphere (wind, precipitation, lightning, pollutants, acoustic classification), to the ground (quote, slope, number of cadastral map, land use, max snow height, landslides, floodable areas, geological feasibility class, radar interferometry data, constraints), underground (seismic acceleration, geology, radon). The service also allows to visualise the risk indices developed within the PRIM (Regional Integrated Risk Mitigation Programme) with which to identify and quantify the types of natural risk (hydrogeological, seismic, forest fires) and/or man-made (industrial, road accidents) present in that territory. Civil protection elements such as homogeneous alert areas, the presence of the municipal emergency plan and hydrogeological risk mitigation works are also available on the map service. Some of the information in the document “Territory Certificate” refers to a radius of 500 m around the interrogated mark: landslides, avalanches, works of soil defense, floodable areas. The information displayed on the map viewer can also be downloaded in the form of descriptive reports organised in the following documents: • Certificate of the territory; • Annex Map, which contains some of the basic and thematic maps of regional cartographic heritage useful to visualise certain aspects of their territorial framework and follow their evolution over time thanks to orthophotos and historical maps; • Municipal prim with statistical and territorial data relating to the municipality questioned; • Provincial prim with statistical and territorial data relating to the Province questioned; • Regional first showing statistical and territorial data relating to the entire Lombardy Region.
