MS1: C.L.E. — Charter of the Condition Limit for Emergency
Description
The information layer contains the results of the analysis of the Limit for Emergency Condition (CLE) of the urban settlement, as part of the level 1 seismic microzonation studies carried out on Ligurian municipalities included in the national programme and carried out in compliance with the Standards devised by the National PC Department. The Emergency Limit Condition (CLE) is the condition that, following the occurrence of the seismic event, the urban settlement retains the operationality of most of the strategic functions for the emergency, their accessibility and connection with the territorial context.
This analysis shall include: the identification of buildings and strategic areas for the emergency; identification of infrastructure for accessibility and connection to the urban environment; identification of structural aggregates and individual structural units that may interfere with accessibility and connection infrastructures.
