Dataset Display Service: Classification of the State of Surface Water Corps 2009-2011 — DGR n.1615/2012
Description
The classification of the Chemical State and the Ecological State is represented on the basis of the results of the monitoring of the three-year period 2009-2011, for surface-typed water bodies in accordance with Ministerial Decree 131/2008.
Water bodies are understood as rivers, lakes, transitional waters and sea areas.
The ecological status classes may correspond to a high, good, sufficient, poor, bad quality level; on the other hand, as far as chemical status is concerned, the classes correspond to a good or ungood quality level.
The body of water is defined as a “consistent sub-unit of a river basin or river basin district” to which the environmental objective of Directive 2000/60/EC can be assigned.
