Special tax for the landfill of solid waste (Ecotax)

Description

The Ecotax is payable by the operator of the final storage and incineration plant for waste disposed of as it is without energy recovery and by anyone carrying out illegal landfill activities; by any person who abandons, discharges and stores uncontrolled waste.
