Concession documents - Central Regional Purchasing Directorate

Description

Pursuant to Article 18 of Decree-Law No 83 of 22 June 2012 (‘Urgent measures for the growth of the country’), converted into Law No 134 of 7 August 2012, information is published concerning the award of grants, contributions, subsidies and financial aids to undertakings and the award of remuneration and compensation to persons, professionals, undertakings and private bodies and, in any case, economic advantages of any kind referred to in Article 12 of Law No 241 of 7 August 1990 to public and private bodies. Such publication is a legal condition for the validity of the entitlement to concessions and awards of a total amount exceeding EUR 1 000 during the calendar year.
