Hydrogeological constraint
Description
The purpose of the hydrogeological protection of the territory is to prevent the land from suffering from damage to the public, as a result of forms of use contrary to the provisions of the Law, from suffering denudations, losing stability or disrupting the water regime. At present, the responsibility in this field lies with the Central Directorate for Production, Agricultural, Natural and Forestry Resources. Before starting any work involving the transformation of the soils into a restricted territory, it is advisable to consult a Forestry Technician and the competent Forestry Station for the territory.This dataset ends the regional territory subject to a restriction according to the original legislation.
