Description
Identification of river areas classified as Further Context recognised during the reconnaissance phase 1 of the delimitation of Landscape Heritage pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004, Art. 142, paragraph 1, c (rivers, streams, watercourses included in the lists provided for in the consolidated text of the provisions of the law on water and electrical installations, approved by Royal Decree No 1775 of 11 December 1933). The reconnaissance and delimitation criteria are based on the document — Landscaping: institutional Cooperation — Activities 1 — Final Report, pp. 27-32, MIBAC (Scala A., 2011). For more detailed information, please consult the explanatory report — Delimitation and reconnaissance of watercourses for landscape purposes (AA.VV., 2016).
