Description
This is the limit of the delimitation of the line of shoreline inside the lagoon, the result of the agreement signed last November 18, 2011 between the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Regional Directorate for Cultural Heritage and Landscape of Friuli Venezia Giulia of the Ministry for Cultural Assets and Activities concerning the definition of addresses and criteria concerning the delimitation of coastal territories referred to in Article 142, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 42/2004.The Agreement enshrines the delimitation of the shoreline of the Lagoon of Marano Lagunare and Grado and the need to obtain landscape authorisation for all new internal interventions in the 300 ml band from the lagoon line to begin after 8 December 2011.
