Seismic risk — List of CLE Municipalities — Condition Limit of Emergency

Description

Information layer showing the coverage of the regional municipalities for which they were sent to the National Civil Protection Technical Commission, the elaboration of Analysis of the Limit Emergency Condition (CLE). In the stratum, the reference order is given for each municipality, and the link to the detailed data sheet of the pdfs of the documents. The CLE analysis consists of the verification of the vulnerable and dangerous conditions of the sites of the structures identified as strategic for the operation of the activities in the emergency phase (rescue, assessment of viability, infrastructure and services, first interventions of safety,...) and dangerousness of the sites. In summary, the analysis of the CLE provides a picture (i.e. the picture of the conditions at the time of the surveys) of the vulnerability and local hazards of the sites, the buildings intended for first aid and the coordination of activities to overcome the emergency, the reception areas and those identified for temporary settlements, the routes of accessibility to such facilities and communication with neighbouring territories.
