Description
Defines the area of municipalities coming from the Topographic DB, subsequently modified and updated on the basis of: — Regional Law No 1 of 7 February 2013; Part One of B.U.R. No 27 of 7 February 2013; Valsamoggia: new municipality formed by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Crespellano, Monteveglio and Savigno. The municipalities of Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Crespellano Monteveglio and Savigno form the new municipality of Valsamoggia. — Regional Law No 19 of 7 November 2013; Part One B.U.R.E.R. No 326 of 7 November 2013; Municipalities of Poggio Berni and Torriana become the new municipality of Poggio Torriana. New municipality of Poggio Torriana formed by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Poggio Berni and Torriana. — Regional Law No 20 of 7 November 2013; Part One B.U.R.E.R. No 327 of 7 November 2013; Sissa Trecasali: new municipality formed by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Sissa and Trecasali. Municipalities of Sissa and Trecasali become the new municipality of Sissa Trecasali. — Regional Law No 18 of 7 November 2013; Part One B.U.R.E.R. No 325 of 7 November 2013. New municipality of Fiscaglia formed by aggregation of the territories of the suppressed municipalities of Migliaro, Migliarino and Massa Fiscaglia. Municipalities of Migliaro, Migliarino and Massa Fiscaglia suppressed to form the new municipality of Fiscaglia. — Law No 117 of 3 August 2009; OJ No 188 of 14 August 2009; Municipalities of the province of Pesaro and Urbino (Regione Marche) passed to the province of Rimini (Regione Emilia-Romagna): Casteldelci, Maiolo, Novafeltria, Pennabilli, San Leo, Sant’Agata Feltria, Talamello. This level will update the next version of the DBTR.
