WMS Service Distribution Map Red Punteruolo 2013_2014
Description
The service dynamically produces the distribution map of the Punteruolo Rosso della Palma, with an indication of the municipalities infested in the reliefs carried out in 2013 and 2014 and the respective buffer areas. The cartography, officially produced for the purposes of Executive Decision No DH 43/26 of 16 September 2014 (BURA Ordinary No 38 of 24 September 2014), complies with the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of 7 February 2011 'Emergency measures for the control of the Red Punteruolo of the palm Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier). Transposition of Commission Decision 2007/365/EC and its amendments’. It stems from the need to define and update annually the so-called demarcated areas, consisting of all ‘infested areas’, ‘containment areas’ and ‘buffer zones’.
