Description
The cartography, officially produced for the purposes of Executive Decision No DH27/290 of 9 December 2013 (BURA Ordinario No 4 of 15 January 2014), complies with the provisions laid down in the Ministerial Decree of 30 October 2007 (OJ No 42 of 19 February 2008) — Transposition of Commission Decision 2006/464/EC (repealed by Commission Decision 2014/690/EC of 30 September 2014) on ‘Provisional emergency measures to prevent the spread of chestnut cynipides (Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu) in the territory of the Italian Republic’. It stems from the need to define and update the pest-infested areas and their buffer areas annually.
