Beneficiaries of EFF calls
Description
Article 51 of Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund lays down rules on information and publicity in order to make the use of available funds more transparent.
The same principle is embodied in Implementing Regulation 498/2007 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006, Article 31 of which requires the Managing Authorities to publish, electronically or otherwise, a list of all beneficiaries, complete with the names of the operations and the amount of public funding.
The amount of public funding is total, therefore it includes both European and national funds related to the individual intervention.
