QuickScan Exploration and Monitoring Technologies
Description
The Quickscan offers practitioners a quick introduction to selected methods for exploring contaminated sites. The focus is on technologies that have reached their market maturity in recent years and are expected to have increased application potential in Austria in the next few years. The procedures presented are complementary to established technologies and enable a faster and more targeted execution of projects. In addition, some of the technologies open up the possibility to investigate subsurface properties that are not accessible to established technologies. The exploitation of these potentials depends crucially on the ability to intelligently integrate the processes into investigation strategies. The Quickscan makes a contribution to this by showing the possibilities and limitations of these technologies in a very compact form.
