Third edition. This version focuses on a summary description of quality management systems and the model instructions, as standard EN ISO/IEC 17025 already provides a sound basis for the establishment of quality management systems. An unreflective adoption of the specifications or a simple filling of the placeholders is not sufficient. It is recommended to take into account the characteristics of the respective organisation and to involve specialists.
