Description
Pursuant to Article 1(32) of Law 190 of 6 November 2012, the data relating to the choice of contractor for the award of works, supplies and services are published, also with reference to the selection method chosen pursuant to the code of public contracts relating to works, services and supplies, referred to in Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006.
By 31 January of each year, that information shall, in respect of the previous year, be published in summary tables made freely downloadable in an open standard digital format allowing the analysis and re-elaboration, including for statistical purposes, of computer data.
