The Suspended and Ineligible List is a list of providers of service who the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has suspended. Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 51303, subdivision (j), suspended providers are mailed notice of their suspension within fifteen (15) days of the effective date of their suspension. In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code sections 14123 (a) (convictions), 14123 subdivision (b) (federal exclusion) and 14043.6 (license loss), these suspensions are automatic, non-discretionary, and are not subject to the California Administrative Procedures Act. |
