Description
This item is a .zip file containing three scripts written in the R programming language: 1_DataDownload, 2_Analyses, and 3_Figures. 1_DataDownload contains the code and instructions for downloading the flow and salinity data used in the report. 2_Analyses contains the code for performing the analyses described in the report once the data has been downloaded and saved in the needed format. 3_Figures contains the code for generating the figures in the report.
