**Updated on 26 June 2024 - Statistics up to 1st quarter 2024.** The prices of the housing presented here are taken from the real estate advertisements published in the daily and specialist press, and on the real estate portal [IMMOTOP.LU] (http://www.immotop.lu/). These are in no way the selling prices actually paid by the buyers, but the prices asked by the seller at the time of the sale of the property, before any negotiation. The Observatoire de l'Habitat updates quarterly statistics on the advertised prices of apartments and houses per municipality, based on real estate advertisements published in the previous twelve months.
