This dataset is created by the land use team in the SF Planning Department

This is updated every four years. See: https://www.planbayarea.org
D. HOW TO USE THIS DATASET
Be mindful of PDA vs. PPA when using. The single PPA in San Francisco is an industrial zone where residential development is generally not allowed.
