Price list of public works of the Campania Region year 2024 - Products
Description
The Campania Region, in accordance with the principles established by Regional Law No. 3/2007, annually updates its price list and related analyses, with particular reference to the list items related to those products intended for construction, which have been subject to significant price changes related to particular market conditions.
By Regional Executive Decision No 04 of 10 January 2024 (published in Official Gazette No 07 of 16 January 2024), the Campania Region approved, in agreement with the Interregional Public Works Authority for Campania, Molise, Puglia and Basilicata, the 2024 Public Works Price List for Campania.
The price list is valid from the date of publication in the Official Bulletin of the Campania Region and expires on 31 December 2024.
The price list may be used temporarily until 30 June 2025 for projects to be put on the basis of a tender whose approval has taken place by that date, namely:
a. in the case of a technical economic feasibility project to be put out to tender, if the same project is approved by 30 June 2025, the 2024 price list may be used for the purpose of quantifying the expenditure limit; after 30 June 2025, the project to be put out to tender is revised using the 2025 edition of the price list;
b. in the case of an executive project to be put out to tender, if it is approved by 30 June 2025, the list of prices approved at project level 2024 shall be used; if additional prices are necessary, they may be deducted from the price list in force in 2024.
The approval deadline referred to in points a. and b. above refers to the date of adoption of the act approving the project on which the invitation to tender is based (Article 4(3) of Annex I.14 to Legislative Decree No 36/2023).
All contracting authorities in the territory referred to in Article 1(1)(a) of Legislative Decree No 36 of 31 March 2023 are required to use this price list in accordance with and for the purposes referred to in Article 41(6), (7), (8) and (13) of that decree.
With a view to administrative simplification and in line with the provisions of Article 78(7)(e) of Regional Law 3/2007, pursuant to which the Observatory also carries out support tasks for both administrations and operators and professionals in the sector, it will be possible to send requests for clarification regarding the use of the price list in the manner indicated in the General Warnings to the email address.
The emails sent may be submitted to the Technical Consultation Table for a possible shared response on the problem mail.
As specified in the General Notices, only issues deemed to be of general interest for the application of the price list and aimed at the elaboration and economic estimates of the project will be assessed and answered.
