Liable persons under the ZDIJZ acting as contracting authorities, concession holders or public partners, after awarding a public contract, awarding a concession or selecting a public-private partnership provider on the basis of a procedure governed by the laws governing public procurement, concessions or public-private partnership, publish publicly available public information from the public procurement contract, concession contract or public-private partnership contract on the public procurement portal.
