Rules on the implementation of simple procurement procedures (from 15.12.2022)
Description
These Rules on the implementation of simple procurement procedures regulate the rules, conditions and manner of conduct of Međimurje County (hereinafter: Contracting entity) in the implementation of procedures for the award of supplies and services with an estimated value of up to EUR 26 540.00, exclusive of VAT, and the procurement of works with an estimated value of up to EUR 66 360.00, exclusive of VAT (‘VAT’: simple procurement) to which procurement does not apply to the Public Procurement Act. The calculation of the estimated value of the procurement is based on the total amount net of value added tax (VAT).
