Description
The Municipal Urban Development Plan (POUM) of Tossa de Mar is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The Tossa de Mar POUM geographical information set is made up of multiple information and planning plans, all in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are: Classification of urban and developable land, General structure of the territory, Urban and developable land planning, Delimitation of sectors and polygons in urban and developable land, Non-developable land management, Delimitation of sectors and polygons in undeveloped land, Building management, Sea front (facade study, current and proposed status), Drinking water network, Sewer network and Electric network (high, medium and low voltage).
