Description
The cartography of the Municipal Urban Development Plan (POUM) of La Jonquera consists of twenty-eight cartography files referring to the normative plans and fifteen cartography files referring to the informative plans of different scales in PDF format. The POUM is the urban planning instrument of the municipality that directs the development of the La Jonquera territory. The aspects of the municipality defined by the POUM are classified in this planning figure into nineteen topics:
Normative plans: Structure of the territory (Land regime and Road Network, Free spaces and equipment), General Urban and Urbanizable Zoning, Detailed Urban and Urbanizable Zoning, Non-Urbanizable Land Zoning, Basic Network (Gas, Water, Sanitation and Telecommunications) and Electricity , high and medium voltage.
