Description
The mapping of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Albanyà consists of six 1: 1000 scale mapping files in PDF format. The POUM is the urban planning instrument of the municipality that directs the development of the territory of Albanyà. The aspects of the municipality that defines the POUM are classified in this planning figure in two sections: Justification report (geography, economic resources, population evolution, proposed development, urban area, residential urban land, general data, undeveloped land, water and electricity supply, general planning justification) and urban planning regulations and ordinances (general provisions, land and building regime, historical center, intensive residential urban land, undeveloped land and transitory provision).
