Reports to the European Commission under Council Directive 2006/117/EURATOM on the supervision and control of shipments of radioactive waste and spent fuel

Description

By 2013, all Member States have transposed Council Directive 2006/117/Euratom on the supervision and control of shipments of radioactive waste and spent fuel, which provides for an obligation to submit national reports on the basis of the latter, the European Commission prepares a synthesis report to the European Parliament, the Council and the European Economic and Social Committee.
